Please note that working days are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Currently we only deliver to mainland UK, Southern and Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to deliver outside these areas or to BFPO or PO BOX addresses.

Free Returns on all Orders!

We want you to be entirely happy with your Big Shoe Boutique purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods and any postage costs incurred.
